I really enjoyed the writing here and honesty that it's like you're just a cog in a machine at this point, trying to fit into a corporate world, adjust your life to fit what everyone else's lives look like. I've been there. And I really appreciate this honest piece. Though, I don't think this is a sad ending. This clearly woke you up and reminded you what's really more important.
