It seems like fate led me to read this at exactly the right time I needed to read it. In fact, I had just told my spouse that being silent about things is so refreshing and relieves the stressors in my life. Some things have a way of working themselves out. Not everything requires my heavy scrutinizing and judgement calls. A lot of the time, just sitting silently with myself is such a powerful moment of clarity, that I realize I don't need to hit the comment section or antagonize my spouse or friends or family over something that will likely resolve itself. So, I just feel more at peace about things lately. Of course, anything super serioius will require carefully crafted words, but now I'm more patient with my words and take my time answering the hard questions and articulating exactly what I feel. I'm more intentional with myself. GREAT WRITING here.
